Hope floats

A British company has designed the first floating wind turbine. These floating windmills are designed to be placed miles off the coast, out of sight, and generate more energy by harnessing the strong winds that blow over the ocean. They’ll transmit the energy back to shore with undersea cables. Clean, renewable, barely noticeable… genius! Click here to read more from the Guardian.
